PARTNER'S OBLIGATIONS
1.
Buy videos upfront against immediate payment.
2. Use own infrastructure.
3. Function from own office.
4. Have proper equipment required to market the product.
5. Carry out all promotional activities at local level.
6. May offer discount on own account.
7. Send regular status reports showing orders recieved & stock in
hand for each week to be sent byt the following Monday.
8. Must maintain stocks at respective levels as per Chart 1 above.
9. Must replenish stocks by then end of each month, so as to hold the
minimum stock at the above level by the beginning of the following month.
10. Not to engage in activities conflicting with the activities of LAMCON.
11. All cheques/DD's to be drawn in the name of LAMCON FINANCE@MANGEMANTSRVICES
PVT. LTD. payable at pune.
